What we believe

Most teams collect product data and then let it sit. The tooling to link an error to the session that threw it, to that user's history, and to the fix that would prevent it exists — but operating that loop is a full-time job nobody has. We think intelligence about your product should compound: every event, replay, and error making the next improvement cheaper to find and ship.

How we work

We meet with your team, understand your challenges and goals, and set you up with the SDK. From there the pipeline just works — we manage the infrastructure, and improvements start rolling in. Autonomy is scoped, not open-ended: the AI operator proposes; humans approve; anything self-approved runs inside fail-closed allowlists with circuit breakers and a full audit trail. And you always have a human point of contact.
