This website is operated by Jetboat Analytics Ltd. (“Jetboat Analytics”, “we”). This policy covers this website. If you become a customer of the managed pipeline service, the handling of your data — and of your product's end-user data — is governed by your service agreement, which takes precedence for the service.
What we collect on this site
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, your message, the page you submitted from, and the referring site (if any). We use this to respond to you and to schedule calls.
- Site analytics — page views and clicks on this site, collected by our own analytics pipeline (the same product we offer), hosted on infrastructure we run. It records the page, the referrer, a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, and your browser, operating system and device type. Your IP address is not stored with these events; it appears only in short-lived server request logs. We use this to see which pages people read and where they get stuck. No advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics services.
Session replay is not enabled on this site.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf to get your message to us. Site analytics stay on our own servers and are not shared with any analytics vendor. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they're relevant to working with you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — use the contact form and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we'll say so at the top of this page.
